Factory Workshop
Our factory has a total of four floors, and what you are seeing now are the production workshops on the first and second floors
Here we show you our factory, covering an area of 12000 square meters. From the production workshop to the sample room.
The first floor is the indoor workshop factory, the outdoor packaging and warehouse area, the second floor is the product assembly and color spraying workshop and packaging area, and the third and fourth floors are the sample rooms.
On the first floor of the workshop, there are 1 stamping machine, 6 large bone shooting machines, 12 medium bone shooting machines, 7 small bone shooting machines, and a one-stop production line.
After the leaves are stamped and shaped, they are taken to the bone shooting machine for heating and shaping, and iron wire or steel bars are added to the leaves.
In the color spraying room on the second floor, the products that need to be dyed are sprayed. The workers in the assembly area use tools such as hot melt glue and glue guns to assemble the products.
Pack and assemble products outdoors on the first or second floor. First, secure the products with PP bags, then place them in cardboard boxes, secure the corners, and then seal the boxes.
From production to assembly to packaging, our workers strictly follow the requirements for production, and each link is inspected by a team leader to ensure that there are no problems before proceeding to the next step of production;
